SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Items that are listed here are ready to ship. Once payment is processed, domestic orders will ship within 3-5 business days, unless fast shipping is requested at checkout. Please note, shipping may be faster, but the 3-5 day window is guaranteed.

If a custom order is made, a deadline will be determined and agreed upon prior to beginning the order. There will be full communication to ensure a happy customer!

RETURNS
Since each item being sold is handmade, it is possible that there are slight variations in size and color. Due to these variations, returns will not be accepted.

However, if there is an issue with the construction of the item, such as a button falling off or ends not being woven in, we will be happy to exchange the item for a new one.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Orders will be shipping once payment is received through PayPal. Once a shipping label is made, you can track your package through the PayPal site.
